| Todd Lyons, www.facebook.com, 02/2019: These are definitely some of my prized possessions from my childhood. Three issues of “BMX Ohio” magazine from the early 80’s. These magazines were stapled together in our basement by my mom and dad and they sold them at BMX races all around Ohio. My dad was the editor, my mom was the administrative director, and my uncle Jim was the photographer, along with my dad. I started racing in July of 1981 & less than a year later my parents were publishing a BMX magazine for all the riders in the state of Ohio. Talk about some GREAT supportive parents ! People often tell me that I am a really good dad to Angelina. I wouldn’t know it any other way. I learned from the best. Let’s hear it for the BMX parents out there! | |
