| 1981 | A'ME Round Grips. www.alansbmx.com: From memory the 'round' grip came out in 1981. Chuck Robinson (of Robinson Racing) took us to the A'ME factory in that year and they showed us around. They didn't just make grips, they showed us how they made moulds for everything from grips to aerosol nozzles, it's was a pretty high-tech operation. |
